Mr. Isaac is Vice President of Operations for nsoro LLC. He has over thirteen years of executive management experience in wireless engineering and operations in both the network and business administration areas of the wireless industry. He led market operations and projects as well as property selection and due diligence for engineering, zoning, permitting, legal issues, construction, installation, activation, and optimization. He also managed numerous wireless technology upgrade projects and radio network optimization projects, and directed all operational, organizational, and administrative aspects for several major regional wireless network markets. Mr. Isaac was with Cingular Wireless for over 13 years where he served as
Executive Director in the Network Operations and Engineering areas. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University and an MBA from Purdue.
